Loutra Haven Launches on Crete
A new off-plan development on the north side of Crete was recently launched to prospective buyers. Loutra Haven is located in the village on Loutra just outside of the main city of Rehymnon and about 2 kilometers from the beach. The construction of Loutra Haven is due to commence in February 2009 and will include 20 luxury apartments as well as 10 individually designed semi and detached villas.
Loutra Haven offers superb rental potential as it appeals to both residents and holiday makers. A spokesman for the builder, Action Constructing, noted that "Its convenient location in a tranquil area close to the traditional village of Loutra set in extensive olive groves and overlooking the sea, while still enjoying easy access to the cosmopolitan town of Rethymnon make our project incredibly marketable - helping to sustain high rental yields and growing capital appreciation. Each property has been designed to conform with the Greek National Tourist Organization criteria and we will be actively assisting our clients to apply for the appropriate license known as the EOT license whenever that service is required.”
Loutra Haven purchasers can choose from luxury two bedroom apartments and 2 or 3 bedroom villas with prices starting from £125,000. Facilities will include swimming pools, extensive gardens and paved areas as well as private parking spaces. Villas are both detached and semi detached.
Rethymnon and the surrounding area is a popular destination for holiday travelers and international property investors, though not nearly as built up as some of the other resort towns. It is easy to get to from either Chania or Heraklion and offers all the benefits of this beautiful Greek island.
